  Package Itinerary:
  
  Day 1 : ARRIVAL IN HANOI (NO MEALS)
  Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport. Meet the driver and transfer to hotel to check in.
  Enjoy free time on own leisure.
  Overnight in Hanoi.
  
  Day 2 : SIC HANOI - HA LONG BAY TOUR - HANOI (B/L)
  Breakfast at the hotel.
  Pick up from the hotel then depart for Ha Long bay, 165 km east of Hanoi. You will have a deep experience about a nation whose 80 percent of population leaving on rice while moving through the countryside.
  Arrive at Tuan Chau island, embark sailing boat to start the 5.5-hour cruise on the bay which will bring you an unforgettable memory. You will be marveled by thousands of cave and islets, cruising among limestone islands and photograph of stunning landscapes of Ha Long Bay. We first visit to Sung Sot cave. This is a large cave with the size of 12.200 square meters, about 25 meters above the sea level. Climb 680 steps through lush vegetation into a large grotto at Sung Sot Cave, a part of Ha Long Bay World Heritage Site. Filled with unusual rock formations highlighted by colored lights, the cave features naturally carved limestone in intricately ornate shapes covering its long walls. Stalactites and stalagmites under spotlights create a dramatic effect for spectators in this popular tourist spot. You can see limestone in the shape of a Buddha or a tortoise, with the most famous formation in the shape of a phallic rock under pink spotlights, believed to contribute to fertility.
  Enjoy LOCAL SEAFOOD LUNCH on board the boat.
  After lunch, continue to visit Ti Top island, located in the heart of Halong Bay, which is only 8 kilometers from the Southeast of Bai Chay Harbor. The name Ti Top is named by the most respectful Hero of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh, after the Russian astronaut German Titop on the occasion of his first visit to Halong Bay in 1962. Different from other popular tourist sites in Halong, Ti Top Island does not only possess breath taking romantic landscapes, but also has a heavenly beautiful beach called Ti Top which is perfect for any beach activity. Although its size is not really big comparing to other beaches in Halong, Ti Top Beach is especially famous for its fresh atmosphere, clean water, and smooth white sand that create a great ambiance for tourists to relax. Then returning to the pier.
  Disembark the boat and come back to Hanoi.
  Arrive your hotel in Hanoi. Free at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

  •    Rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per-person basis.

• This package is applicable for a minimum of two (02) adults traveling together.

• Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super-peak periods.

• The child rate is on request and subject to computation.

• Single Supplement, Triple Sharing, or extra bed request is subject to availability and on request.

• The package is applicable for Philippine Passport Holders only with a valid VISA (if required). All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge that depends on their nationality. Failure to advise/ inform us upon finalization of the booking will be automatically charged to the account of the agent.

• All bookings are subject to advance reservation. Confirmation of room(s) is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Observe ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE and CLOSED OUT PERIODS during the embargo, high, and peak days.

• Hotel Standard Check-in time is from 1400 hrs to 1500 hrs. Standard check-out time is 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs.

• Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night must be booked and paid for.

• Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400h. Late checkouts will automatically charge one (1) night.

• Rates are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest room category is no longer available, the next available room category or similar class hotel shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged.

• Please be reminded that sneak-in is not allowed as a standard rule. Just present the passport of the lead name in the booking. Failure to comply will the client's own risk for charges incurred.

• During out-of-the-country travel, as a practice upon checking in to the hotel, pax is required to make an Incidental Deposit which is refundable on the date of check out. Incidental deposit may vary depending on which hotel/hotel category they will be staying in.

• All passport and flight details of the passenger(s) must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.

• All special service requests are subject to availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.

• There will be a corresponding surcharge for transfer services if the flight ticket is not similar to the mentioned airport terminals in each package.

• All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis (unless specified)

• We will no longer consider on-day/last minute flight detail notice. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.

• Waiting time is a maximum of 1 hour after the flight lands. Failure to show up in the designated post, pax need to go to the hotel on their own arrangement, and no refund for the transfer fee.

• For any flight change without at least 24 hours notice given, an applicable surcharge penalty shall be applied for re-arrangement of airport transfer.

• Only one (01) baggage (standard size) is allowed per person. In case of more luggage and the transport is not enough to accommodate guests and requests, an additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage. The driver has absolutely the right to reject any oversized or exceeded luggage.

• No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited. Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused services.

• Any reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and/or additional charges.

• Please remind the guests that they should be in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their estimated pick-up time for their departure airport transfer. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.

• Please take note that each country has its transportation law. Passengers must wear seatbelts during transfer and tour to avoid fines or penalties. This is for our guests' safety as well.

• No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.

• Confirmed packages are non-rebookable and non-transferrable, especially to the pax who didn't pass the immigration at International Airport.

• Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

• In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by suppliers.
