  On the day of your scheduled pick-up, arrive promptly on the meeting point and looking our guide who should be carrying a sign with your name on it. Don't forget to confirm your name to him/her to avoid confusion. They will help you with your luggage and assist you to the car, where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey. Our guide will brief you on the itinerary and answer any questions you may have before depart. Driving by expressway is one of the best and most convenient ways to reach Halong Bay from Hanoi. The distance between Hanoi and Halong Bay is approximately 170 km, and it takes around 2.5 to 3.5 hours to cover the distance depending on traffic conditions and driving speed. This midway point is typically at a local rest stop ( 15 minute ) where you can use the restroom, stretch your legs, and grab a quick snack or drink before continuing your journey.
