• Adult Lost Passport and Travel Documents

FOR MINOR APPLICANTS
(BELOW 18 YEARS OLD)

• Minor New

• Minor Renewal ePassport

• Minor Renewal non-ePassport (Brown, Green, Machine Readable (Maroon) Passports or any older Passports)

• Minor Lost Passport and Travel Documents

Note : Kindly note that all requirements should be sent to sales@holiday2shop.com after completing the application form. Upon receipt of your requirements by our customer support team, you will receive a separate email containing your confirmed DFA appointment and a copy of your submitted application form.
