Round-Trip Kalibo to Boracay Transfers (Shared) - ADULT (FOR FILIPINOS ONLY)

TRANSPORT GUIDELINES:

1. Upon arrival at the airport, present the service voucher to any of the Island Star Express Passenger Service Assistant, who

will assist you in all key ports including Kalibo/Caticlan Airport, and Caticlan/Cagban Jetty Ports.

2. If you have NOT purchased Terminal and Environmental Fee, you must settle this upon your arrival at Caticlan jetty port

and/or upon departure at Cagban Port.

3. Reconfirm your pick up time at least 2 - 3 days prior to departure date with our Holiday 2 Shop Team by sending us a message via text,, Whatsapp or call at +63917 1132609 / +63927 8659058.

4. Please be on time on the agreed pick up schedule at the resort. Island Star Express will not be held responsible for

consequences caused by guests’ delay.

5. Always check your baggage when boarding and disembarking the bus or boat. Porterage fee are not included.

6. Island Star Express may at their sole discretion fulfill sea or land transportation requirements on its own or via an accredited

third-party partner or Public Utility Vehicles (PUV) if necessary.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This service agreement is non-transferable.

2. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the arrival time are entitled to a full refund minus a processing fee of Php 150 plus 10% cancellation fee per transaction.

3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival are NOT entitled to any refund. However, the booking may be

rebooked once and must be used within one year of the original booking date. Otherwise, the booking will be forfeited.

4. Terminal and Environmental Fee as mandated by the local government unit of Aklan as well as Transfer Fee, and Fuel

Surcharge are subject to change without prior notice. Any increases incurred by the time of travel should be borne by the

passenger

5. Holiday 2 Shop and Island Star Express reserves the right to refuse transfer to passengers with unpaid fees or dues.
