Pickup details

Additional charge of RM30/pax will be collected upon pickup for hotels at city outskirts (Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Airport KKIA, Aeropod, Luyang, Penampang) Will be collected (Cash) by our driver/guide during pick-up. Please be ready on time as the driver will only extend the pick up time to 10 minutes/location, otherwise it will be considered as "No Show".

What To Expect

• 0430hrs - Pickup time. Guide will meet with you at your hotel.

• 0530hrs - Arrival at Aru Bay Jetty, safety briefing.

• 0540hrs - Kayaking session starts. Paddle along the river, enjoy the sunrise view, and paddle back through mangrove forest.

• 0800hrs - Arrival at Aru Bay Jetty, breakfast will be served.

• 0830hrs - Activity ends. Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu City.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

• This experience requires good weather.

• If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers.
